Dr. Om Prakash Gupta is a research
scientist at the ICAR-Indian Institute of Wheat and Barley Research, Karnal,
India. He received his Ph.D. degree from the ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research
Institute (ICAR-IARI), New Delhi. His main research focuses on wheat and barley quality, including micronutrient
bio-fortification, baking, rheological, and nutritional quality.
Dr. Dinesh Kumar is a Principal Scientist and Head of the Division of Crop Physiology, Biochemistry, and PHT at the ICAR—Central Potato Research Institute. He holds an M.Sc. degree and a Ph.D. in Plant Biochemistry. He has 13 years of experience working on barley quality and 15 years in potato processing and storage biochemistry.
