Dr. Lidia Daimiel obtained her degree in
Biological Sciences from the Autonomous University of Madrid. After that, she
held the position of researcher assistant at the Human Genetics Lab headed by
Prof. Juan José González Aguilera and Prof. Ma Antonio Fernández
Peralta for three years and then moved to Ramón y Cajal Hospital. She started postdoctoral
training at IMDEA Food Institute for four years after finishing a PhD. She is
currently a Junior Researcher at IMDEA Food Institute, a research institution
of the Regional Government of Comunidad de Madrid, Spain.
Dr. Diego Martínez-Urbistondo is a clinical researcher from Clinica Universidad de
Navarra, where he earned his medical education, his specialization in Internal
Medicine, and a PhD in 2016. Currently, he combines clinical and
investigational roles as a member of the Area de Medicina Vascular
(Cardiovascular assessment program) in Clinica Universidad de Navarra in
Madrid. He is the author of over 50 scientific papers and >80 congress
publications, with a H Factor of 12. He has collaborated in >10 research
projects, including national and international competitive funded investigations.
