Prof. Dr. Napong Tao Rugkhapan is an Assistant Professor at
the Faculty of Architecture, Chulalongkorn University. He received the MSc in
International Planning (Urban Design Emphasis) from the Bartlett School of
Planning, University College London in 2009. He received his PhD in Urban and
Regional Planning from the University of Michigan in 2017. His research
interests include comparative urban theory, gentrification and neighborhood
change, cross-context circulation of planning and urbanism ideas of cities in
Southeast Asia.
Dr. Lapyote Prasittisopin is the Assistant Dean and Head of Architectural Technology Research Unit in the Faculty of Architecture, Chulalongkorn University and a Businessperson in construction
industry. He received his MS degree in Material Science (Polymer) and his PhD
in Civil Engineering (Structural Materials) from Oregon State University. His
research interests include Civil Architecture, Digital Construction, Materials,
Sustainability, and Circular Design.
