Prof. Dr. Wenchao Liu is an Associate Professor at the College of Coastal Agricultural Sciences, Guangzhou Ocean University, China. He graduated from Sichuan Agricultural University, majoring in Animal Science with undergraduate and master’s degrees in 2014. He obtained his Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition from Dankook University, Republic of Korea, in 2017. His research interests lie in the nutritional regulation and mechanism of action of marine active substances on poultry. He also serves as a guest academic editor of several international journals, such as Frontiers in Microbiology, Biology, and Frontiers in Veterinary Science.
Dr. Balamuralikrishnan Balasubramanian is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Food Science and Biotechnology, College of Life Science, Sejong University, Republic of Korea. He obtained, from Bharathidasan University, his B.S., M.S., and M.Phil. in 2008, 2010, and 2012, respectively. He obtained his Ph.D. from Dankook University in 2017. He worked as a Post-doctoral Fellow at Dankook University from March 2017 to August 2017, and became an Assistant Professor in September 2017. His research interests include (1) Bio-material synthesis and their biomedical applications; (2) Animal Nutrition and Food Science; (3) Nutrition and Gut Health Interactions; (4) Bio-active compounds of Natural Products; (5) Probiotics; and (6) Mycotoxin detoxification.
Prof. Dr. Xiao Xu is an Associate Professor at the School of Animal Science and Nutritional Engineering, Wuhan Polytechnic University, Wuhan, China. He graduated from China Agricultural University in 2010 dual-majoring in Animal Science and Business Administration. He obtained his M.Sc. in Animal Nutrition and Feed Science from Huazhong Agricultural University in 2013, and his Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition and Feed Science from China Agricultural University in 2017. He joined the Wuhan Polytechnic University in July 2017 as a Lecturer, and became an Associate Professor in May 2019. His research interests include (1) Nutrition and immunization of pigs and chickens; (2) Nutritional value assessment of feed ingredients; (3) Development and application of new feed additives; and (4) Pet feed research and development.

Prof. Dr. Xinjian Lei is an Associate Professor at the College of Animal Science and Technology, Northwest A&F University, China. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Yangtze University, China, in 2011, his Master’s degree from Gansu Agricultural University, China, in 2014, and his Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition from Dankook University, Republic of Korea, in 2018. He joined the Northwest A&F University in 2018 as a Lecturer, and became an Associate Professor in 2021. His research interests include the nutritional regulation of  digestive  and liver health in animals, efficient utilization of carbohydrate, and the exploitation and utilization of feed resources.
