HAROON A.M. SAEED is an Associate Professor of
Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Gezira, Sudan, and Wuhan
Textile University, China. He worked as a Visiting Scholar (2016-2018) at Qilu
University of Technology, China; he received his Ph.D. in Materials Science and
Engineering (2015) from Donghua University, China, and his M.S. (2009) and B.S. (2001)
in Textile Engineering from the University of Gezira, Sudan. His research focuses
on cellulosic material processing and applications, green chemistry and
sustainability, pulp and papermaking, and natural fiber processing and
applications.
Weilin Xu is an researcher at the Chinese Academy
of Engineering and the President of Wuhan Textile University, China. He
received the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars award in
2013. He is the First Prize Winner of the National Science and Technology
Progress in 2009. His research focuses on textile materials, textile processing
technology, dyeing and finishing, biomedical textiles and natural fiber materials.
Hongjun Yang is a Professor at the State Key Laboratory
of New Textile Materials and Advanced Processing Technologies at Wuhan
Textile University. He received his Ph.D degree from Donghua University in
2011. His research focuses on functional porous materials, biomedical textiles
and natural fiber materials.
