Author Biographies

Prof. Anthony Montgomery is a Full Professor in Occupational and Organizational Psychology at Northumbria University, UK. He holds a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology (2003) from Utrecht University. He worked at the University of Macedonia as an Assistant Professor (2009–2013), Associate Professor (2013–2018), and Full Professor (2018–2022). He has been an organizational consultant to a range of national and international public and private sector organizations in the maritime, retail, information technology, and healthcare sectors.
Olga Lainidi began her role as a Postgraduate Researcher at the University of Leeds in 2023. Her research is focused on healthcare staff team dynamics, specifically how to help professionals speak up when there are work-related concerns.
Dr. Katerina Georganta has been an Assistant Professor of Organizational Psychology at the Psychology Department of the University of Ioannina since 2022. She graduated from the Psychology Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed her postgraduate studies in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management (MBA) at the University of Macedonia. She received her PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Macedonia in 2017. Since 2011 she has been teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the University of Macedonia, the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and the University of Western Macedonia in the subjects of Organizational Psychology and Leadership. Her research focuses on the issues of psychosocial risk, leadership, and burnout.
