Kim Natasha Dirks is a professor at the Faculty of Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, New Zealand. She is also an associate Dean of postgraduate research at the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Engineering Administration, New Zealand. She received a BSc degree from McGill University, Montreal, Canada in 1992, an MSc degree and a PhD degree from the University of Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand in 1994 and 2001, respectively. She was a working party member of the UoA Women in Leadership Programme for many years and is currently a member of the Steering Committee of Te Manahua—the New Zealand Universities Women in Leadership Programme.
