Simpy Sanyal received her PhD from Sungkyunkwan University in 2023. Currently she is working in J&L Tech , Korea. Her research interests include functional coatings, nano composites, nanomaterials, and carbon composite.

philosophy) is currently working at the Kangwon National University, Department
of Agricultural and Resource Economics.
Dr. Su-Jung Yeon is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Food and Biotechnology at Kangwon National University. She received her master's degree and PhD from Konkuk University in 2012 and 2017, respectively. Dr. Su-Jung Yeon's research mainly focuses on the extraction and analysis of active ingredients derived from natural products, animal testing related to anti-obesity, and fermentation research using microorganisms.
Dr. Kaliyan Barathikannan is a senior researcher at the Department of Food Science and Biotechnology at the College of Biotechnology and Bioscience at Kangwon National University. He received his PhD in biotechnology from the University of Madras and worked as a senior research fellow at Loyola College in India from 2015 to 2017. He is a member of the Probiotic Association of India and the Association of Microbiologists of India. Dr. Kaliyan Barathikannan mainly works on food microbiology and food safety.
Selvakumar Vijayalakshmi is a research professor in the Department of Food Science and Biotechnology, College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Kangwon National University, Republic of Korea. She received her BSc degree in 2006 and her MSc degree in 2008 from Shrimati Indira Gandhi College, Trichy, and her PhD degree in 2015 from A.V.V.M Sri Pushpam College, Poondi, Thanjavur affiliated by Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, India. After her PhD, she worked as an assistant professor at Shrimati Indira Gandhi College, Trichy, Tamilnadu, India, before moving to Kyungpook National University, Daegu, Republic of Korea, in 2019 as a research assistant professor. She is an active member of various scientific groups, including the Mycological Society of India and the Indian Initiative for Management of Antibiotic Resistance, India. She has research experience in probiotic selection and characterization, production of microbial metabolic products and their application, nanoparticle synthesis and their application, isolation and identification of drug-resistant bacteria, and Exopolysaccharide extraction from probiotics and herbal plants. She has received gold and silver medals for Best Paper presentations at international conferences.
Momna Rubab currently works at the Department of Food Science and Biotechnology, Kangwon National University. Momna does research in food science.
