Dr./Ph.D. habil., chem. eng. Carmen Zaharia is currently an Associate Professor at the ‘Çr. Simionescu’ Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Environmental Protection, ‘Gheorghe Asachi’ Technical University of Iasi, Romania. She completed her PhD studies at the ‘Gheorghe Asachi’ Technical University of Iasi in 2000 and obtained her habilitation certificate as a Doctoral/Ph.D. program coordinator in 2021. Her research interests include environmental engineering and management, water and wastewater treatment technology and management, and environmental chemistry, among others.
Dr. Corina-Petronela Musteret is a Lecturer at the Department of Environmental Engineering and Management from “Cristofor Simionescu” Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Environmental Protection, “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University Iasi (TUIASI), Romania. She obtained her Environmental Engineering degree in 1999, her Master of Science in Environmental Management in 2006, and in 2011, she obtained the Ph.D title in Chemical Engineering. Her research interests are conventional and advanced wastewater treatment, water treatment technologies for drinking or industrial use and integrated water resources management.
