Dr. Żaneta Kimber-Trojnar is currently an Assistant Professor at the Chair and Department of Obstetrics and Perinatology, Faculty of Medicine, Medical University of Lublin, Poland. She obtained the title of specialist in the field of obstetrics and gynecology from Centrum Medyczne Kształcenia Podyplomowego in 2011. Then, in 2018, she obtained the title of a specialist in the field of endocrinology. Her research interests are focused on the study of gestational diabetes mellitus, fetal growth restriction, preeclampsia biomarkers, preterm delivery, fetal programming, excessive gestational weight gain, and metabolic syndrome.
Dr. Marcin Trojnar is currently an Assistant Professor at the Chair and Department of Internal Diseases, Faculty of Medicine, Medical University of Lublin, Poland. He graduated from the Medical University of Lublin. He obtained the title of specialist in internal diseases, and then, after completing internships in numerous centers in Poland, the title of specialist in endocrinology. His research interests are focused on the study of gestational diabetes mellitus, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes mellitus, metabolic syndrome, aortic stiffness, circulating endothelial microparticles, and excessive gestational weight gain.
