Author Biographies

Changlong Hao has been an Associate Researcher at the School of Food Science and Technology, Jiangnan University, since November 2019. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Food Quality and Safety and Ph.D. in Food Science and Engineering at Jiangnan University in 2010 and 2015, respectively. He was a Postdoc at the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology (2015–2017) and a Postdoc at the School of Food Science and Technology, Jiangnan University (2017–2019). His main research interests include the preparation of chiral colloidal nanomaterials and their applications in food testing and the development of food analysis techniques based on functional nanomaterials.
