Hu Li is a Professor in the Department of Entomology, College of Plant Protection, China Agricultural University. He worked as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Sunshine Coast, Australia, in 2013. From 2014 to 2015, he worked as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Kentucky, USA, and worked as a Postdoctoral fellow at China Agricultural University from 2013 to 2015. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from China Agricultural University. He is also a Member of the Youth Workers Committee of the Chinese Plant Protection Society and the Editorial Board of the Journal of Plant Protection.
Xiaosong Hu was a Professor in the College of Food Science and Nutritional Engineering at China Agricultural University in 1995-2019. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from Huazhong Agricultural University (1978-1982) and Master's degree from China Agricultural University (1985-1988). He previously worked as a Teaching Assistant (1982-1988) and Lecturer (1988-1995) at the Department of Horticulture at Beijing Agricultural University. From 1996.3 to 1996.9, he worked in the College of Agriculture, University of Boigny. Currently, he is a Director of the National Fruit and Vegetable Processing Engineering Technology Research Center.
Xiaofei Wang is an Associate Professor at the College of Food Science and Nutritional Engineering at China Agricultural University, China. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Food Quality and Safety from Northwest A&F University in 2007-2011 and her Ph.D. degree in biosystems engineering from Auburn University, USA, in 2011-2015. She previously worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Auburn University, USA (2015-2016) and Peking University (2017-2019).
