Dr. Eleni Moysidou has a position as a Nephrology Resident and has been working at the Hippocrates' General Hospital of Thessaloniki, Thessaloniki, Greece, since June 2022. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Crete, a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Patras, and a Ph.D. in Sociology of Education from the University of Patras. He has worked for several years as a university teacher at the University of Patras, of Peloponnese, and at the Hellenic Open University where he delivered courses on the methodology of social sciences. He has been a member of various research teams that have carried out state-funded research works related to educational and social exclusion issues. His research interest and publications revolve around issues of quantitative and qualitative research design, the epistemology of social research, and qualitative data analysis.
Prof. Maria Stangou has a position as an Associate Professor of Nephrology and is currently working at the Department of Nephrology, Hippokration Hospital, School of Medicine, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Thessaloniki, Greece. She received her M.D. and Ph.D. from the School of Medicine, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She earned postdoctoral studies/fellowships at the Royal Postgraduate Medical School, Hammersmith Hospital, Department of Nephrology, London, UK, in 1993, and Southmead Hospital, The Richard Bright Renal Unit, Bristol, UK, in 1994.
