Prof. Dr. Po-Kai Wang is a director of Clinical Anesthesia and Pain at the Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital, an associate professor at the Department of Medicine, at Tzu Chi University, and a National Examination Medical Clinical Skills Test (OSCE) examiner. He obtained a Doctor of Medical Science from Tzu Chi University. His research interests include nerve anesthesia, regional nerve block, postoperative analgesia, respiratory treatment, postoperative nausea, and vomiting.
Hock-Kean Liew holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Department of Medical Technology, National Cheng Kung University, a Master’s degree from the Department of Medical Research, Tzu Chi University, and a Ph.D. from the Department of Life Science, National Defense Medical College. Currently, he is an Associate Research Fellow at the Department of Medical Research, Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital. His expertise focuses on system biology, neuroscience, biomaterials and scaffolds, and brain injury.
