Prof. Chao Du currently works as a teacher and an associate professor at the College of Food Science and Biology, Hebei University of Science and Technology, Shijiazhuang, China. He obtained his Master's degree in crop genetics at the Hebei Agricultural University in 2002 and his Ph.D. in biochemistry and molecular biology at the School of Medicine, Peking University, in 2006. His research directions mainly include eukaryotic gene expression regulation, tumor immune evasion mechanism, gene editing technology research, and the expression and purification of recombinant proteins.
Prof. Yingze Wang is a Professor and a Master Instructor at the College of Food Science and Biology, Hebei University of Science and Technology, Shijiazhuang, China. He is also a member of the Chinese Biophysical Society and Chinese Chemical Society. He obtained his bachelor's degree in animal nutrition and feed processing and Master's degree in animal genetics, breeding and reproduction at the Hebei Agricultural University, and his Ph.D. in Physiology at the Hebei Normal University. From 2008 to 2010, he carried out research work as a jointly trained doctoral student at the National Nanoscience Center. He once went to the University of Manchester in the UK and Victoria University in New Zealand for short-term visits. His research directions are 1. Nanobiology and tumor immunity, using biologically responsive nanomaterials to improve drug safety and therapeutic effects at the cellular and tissue levels; 2. Research on the immune effects and mechanisms of biologically active substances; 3. Expression and industrial application of recombinant proteins.
