Prof. Dr. Joanna Janiszewska-Olszowska is a specialist in
orthodontics and an Associate Professor in the Department of Interdisciplinary Dentistry,
Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin. She graduated from Pomeranian
Medical University in Szczecin. Then, she completed her PhD in dentistry at
the Department of Orthodontics, Pomeranian Medical Academy in Szczecin. She has
published over 70 papers in various journals, which received more than 700
citations. Her research interests include the areas of Orthodontics, Dentistry,
Cleft Lip and Palate, Craniofacial Abnormalities, Cephalometry, Biomedical
Engineering, Oral Cancer, Saliva, Oral Hygiene, Cleft Palate, and Oral Surgery.
Moreover, she is a reviewer of academic journals such as Angle Orthodontics,
International Journal of Pediatric Dentistry, BMC Oral Health, International
Journal of Dermatology, Pediatrics, Healthcare, Applied Science, International
Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, and Cleft Palate Craniofacial
Journal.
