Sahn Nahm currently works at the
Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Korea University, Seoul,
Republic of Korea. He received his Ph.D. degree from the University of
Maryland, College Park in 1990. From 1991 to 1992, he was a postdoctoral course
Research Associate with the University of Maryland. From 1992 to 1995, he
worked with the Electronic Telecommunication Research Institute as a Senior
Researcher and moved to Keimyung University, Daegue, Republic of Korea in 1995.
His research fields are dielectric thin films for metal–insulator–metal
capacitors, piezoelectric ceramics, particularly lead-free materials, and
microwave-dielectric and phosphor materials.
