Dr. Robert Ancuceanu currently works as a Professor at the Department of Pharmaceutical Botany and Cell Biology, Faculty of Pharmacy, "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Bucharest, Romania. He has worked in regulatory authorities (among others, as a member of EMA CHMP and PDCO) and is a Vice Dean of his Faculty of Pharmacy since 2016. He earned a Ph.D. in Pharmacy in 2006 and a master's in Biostatistics in 2011. His research interests include Herbals, Extracts, Molecular Biology, QSAR, Taxonomy, Systematic Review, Drug Development, and Drugs.
Dr. Adriana Iuliana Anghel currently works as a Lecturer at the Department of Pharmaceutical Botany and Cell Biology, Faculty of Pharmacy, "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Bucharest, Romania. She earned a Ph.D. in Pharmacy in 2012. Her main research directions are 1. physico-chemical and pharmacological characterization of plant products with potential therapeutics; 2. the phytotherapeutic exploitation of new plant resources; 3. obtaining biological products with plant active principles for phytosanitary uses; and 4. phytobiological testing of some newly synthesized substances with potential action therapeutics.

Dr. Anne-Marie Ciobanu currently works as an Associate Professor at the Drug Control Department, Faculty of Pharmacy, "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Bucharest, Romania, and as a Quality Assessor at the National Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of Romania. She earned a Ph.D. at the "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy. Her research interests include Pharmaceutical Analysis, Chromatography, Spectrophotometry, Methods Validation, Medicines Stability Studies, and Quality Control of Pharmaceutical Products.

Dr. Mihaela Dinu currently works as a Professor at the Pharmaceutical Botany and Cell Biology and Directory of the Department I. Basic sciences within the Faculty of Pharmacy, "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Bucharest, Romania. She is also a Professor at this University. She is a Member of the Botanical Society of America, the Society of Pharmaceutical Sciences, and the International Society for the History of Pharmacy. She was the Vice-president of the Association of Teaching Staff from the Faculty of Pharmacy (ACDFF). She earned her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 1997. Her research interests include medicinal plants, use of ornamental plants for medicinal purposes, toxicity of plants, molecular docking and herbal pharmacokinetics.
