Yuan-hang Ren received his Ph.D. in Pesticides from Sichuan University in 2019. Currently, he is an Assistant Researcher and a Master Tutor at Chengdu University. He mainly engaged in pesticide lead screening and mechanism of action research based on cellular and molecular levels. Progress has been made in research on the mechanism and target exploration of insect-programmed cell death (PCD) induced by plant-derived natural products. In recent years, he has presided over and participated in 6 science and technology projects at all levels. He has published 27 papers in mainstream journals in the fields such as "Journal of Agricultural & Food Chemistry", "Pest Management Science", "Pesticide Biochemistry & Physiology", etc., and 16 papers as a corresponding author.
Liang Zou, PhD, is a Professor and the Director of the Science and Technology Department of Chengdu University. He mainly engaged in research on agricultural product processing, especially the processing and comprehensive development and utilization of specialty grains, systematically exploring the health value and quality characteristics of grains, and making achievements in key core areas such as the formation mechanism and precise control of grain processing quality, and the development of high-value precision nutritional products. He has published more than 100 high-level papers in domestic and foreign academic journals, 6 academic works as chief editor or deputy editor, obtained more than 20 nationally authorized invention patents, and formulated 4 industry standards.
