Dr. Liang Duan is a Professor at the Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences. He obtained his Ph.D. Degree from Tongji University in 2009. At the same time, he completed his joint doctoral training at the University of California, Berkeley, from 2007 to 2008. Then, he became a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of California, Berkeley, from 2011 to 2012. His main research areas are wastewater regeneration and reuse technology.
Haiya Zhang is a Post Doctoral Researcher at the Institute of water science and ecology, Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences. Their skills and expertise include corrosion, iron, corrosion casting, structural control, metals, material characterization, microstructure, materials, and X-ray diffraction. Their research keywords include membrane fouling, microbial electrosynthesis, water supply security, and red water control.
