Michael Richter works at the Department of Environmentally Sound Urban and Infrastructure Planning, HafenCity University Hamburg. He conducts research in Urban Ecology and Water-Sensitive Urban Design and Planning. He obtained a Diploma in Geoecology from TU Bergakademie Freiberg and a Doctorate in Engineering from HafenCity University Hamburg (HCU). His current projects are 'BlueGreenStreets' and 'rain2energy'.
