Dr. Roberto Castro-Muñoz completed an M.Sc. (2012–2014) and Ph.D. (2014–2015) degree in Bioprocesses at Instituto Politécnico Nacional. Not only that, but he also earned his Erasmus Doctorate in Membrane Engineering from the University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague (2016–2019). He is now a researcher at the Gdańsk University of Technology, Poland. His work has resulted in 170 publications and his research interests include zeolites, gas separation, pervaporation, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, microfiltration, mixed matrix membranes, integrated membrane processes, Furthermore, Dr. Roberto Castro-Muñoz was awarded a Mexican Researcher Certification—Level 2. He currently works as an associate professor at Gdansk University of Technology, Poland.
