Abhishek Dutta is an internist in Lexington, North Carolina, and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Long Island Community Hospital and Crouse Hospital. He received his medical degree from Guwahati Medical College and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He holds a Doctor of Medicine in Medicine from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2013. After working as an academic hospitalist at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital, N.C., he completed a critical care fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, N.Y. His research mainly includes Internal Medicine, Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant, Cardiology, and Critical Care Medicine.

Bhupendar Tayal, MD, PhD, is a general cardiologist and cardiovascular imaging specialist at University Hospitals Harrington Heart & Vascular Institute. He earned his medical degree from Gauhati Medical College in India. His postdoctoral training included a cardiology fellowship at Aalborg University Hospital in Denmark, where he also earned a PhD in clinical medicine and cardiology. He further honed his skills in advanced cardiovascular imaging modalities with a research fellowship in echocardiography at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) in Pennsylvania and a research fellowship in cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) at Methodist DeBakey Heart and Vascular Institute in Houston, Texas. This was later followed by a clinical fellowship in multimodality imaging at Houston Methodist. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology and European Society of Cardiology. His interests focus on the use and optimization of cardiovascular imaging techniques for the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure, valvular heart disease, the use of cardiac resynchronization therapy and pacemakers, atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease, preventive cardiology, and pulmonary hypertension. He has also served as a content reviewer for multiple scientific journals in the field of cardiology like the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, European Heart Journal, and Journal of the American Society of Echocardiography
