Dr. Stefano Vercellone started his scientific career at the University of Padova. He worked for the CNR Institute in Milano and for the INAF Institutes in Milano, Palermo, and Merate, where he currently holds a permanent staff Senior Researcher position at the Brera Astronomical Observatory in Merate. Additionally, he is also the Coordinator of the Science Program activities of the INAF ASTRI Mini-Array Project and the Chair of the Science Work Package for the INAF activities related to the CTA Project. His main scientific interest is the investigation of the multi-wavelength properties of active galactic nuclei, especially in the optical, ultra-violet, X-ray, and gamma-ray energy bands using the NASA/Swift and the ASI/AGILE and NASA/Fermi satellites.
