Alina Porfire is a Lecturer at the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology and Biopharmaceutics, Iuliu Haţieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She has authored/co-authored 63 publications with 1066 citations and an h-index of 20 (Scopus, January 2024). Her research interests focus on pharmaceutical nanosystems, biochemistry, genetics, molecular biology, and antioxidants.
Dr. Tibor Casian is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology and Biopharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy, Iuliu Hatieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. At the same university, he completed his Ph.D. focusing on multivariate data analysis in QbD and PAT concepts for pharmaceutical development from 2015 to 2019. He does research in pharmaceutical technology, chemo-informatics, and analytical chemistry.
Ioan Tomuță is currently working as a Professor at the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology and Biopharmacy, University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Iuliu Hatieganu” Cluj-Napoca, Cluj-Napoca, Romania (2014–Present). He completed his Ph.D. in pharmaceutical technology at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Iuliu Hatieganu” Cluj-Napoca in 2006. He has authored/co-authored 139 publications with 1851 citations and an h-index of 24 (Scopus, January 2024). His research interests mainly focus on chemometrics, experimental design, NIR spectroscopy, drug formulation, drug product design and development, and hydroalcoholic extracts.
