Dorra Guermazi is pursuing her undergraduate degree in Computational Biology at Brown University and will be matriculating into the Warren Alpert Medical School in August 2024. She is very involved in dermatology research and hopes to continue expanding her knowledge of the field.
Candice E. Brem graduated from the American University of the Caribbean in 2014. She subsequently completed her Anatomic and Clinical Pathology residency at Allegheny General Hospital (Pittsburgh, PA). She was invited to join the faculty of the Department of Dermatology at Boston University upon the completion of her dermatopathology fellowship in 2020. She is a board-certified Dermatopathologist at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and holds the Lynne J. Goldberg Endowed Assistant professorship at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine (BUSM). She also serves as the Associate Director of the Skin Pathology Laboratory, the Associate Head of the dermatopathology section, and the Program Director of the dermatopathology fellowship program at Boston University Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine. Her special interests are dermatopathology, skin pathology, cutaneous hematopathology, and soft tissue neoplasms.
Elie Saliba, MD, graduated from the Lebanese American University in 2016. He subsequently completed a residency in dermatology, graduating in 2020. He then moved to Boston University and completed a dermatopathology fellowship from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, Dr Saliba joined Brown University and served as a Dermatology/Rheumatology Fellow at Rhode Island Hospital. He is now an Assistant Professor of Dermatology. His special interests are connective tissue diseases, hair disorders and dermatopathology.
