Steven. L. Zeichner received his BA in Biology from The
University of Chicago, Chicago, IL, a Ph.D. in Microbiology, and an MD in
Medicine from the same university. He is currently a Professor at the
Department of Pediatrics, University of Virginia. His Research Interests mainly
focus on the pathogenesis of infectious diseases and the development of new
therapies and vaccines for infectious diseases and cancers.
