Dinesh Panday completed his Ph.D. in 2020 at the University of Nebraska—Lincoln, Nebraska, USA. He is a scientist specializing in soil carbon and nitrogen dynamics and currently employed at the Rodale Institute, Pennsylvania. His main research interests include soil fertility, nitrogen management, soil–plant–water interactions, cropping systems, precision agriculture, big data in agriculture, greenhouse gas emissions, and global climate change.
Saurav Das obtained his Ph.D. degree in Microbial Biotechnology from Assam Agricultural University, Assam, India, and Dibrugarh University, Assam, India. He served as a visiting scientist at the Panhandle Research & Extension Center, University of Nebraska—Lincoln, from 2018 to 2019. From 2020 to 2022, he worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate, and since 2022, he has been working as a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Nebraska—Lincoln. His research primarily focuses on benchmarking soil health measurement and management, soil microbes, soil carbon and nitrogen, plant–microbe interactions, and data science. He has published numerous papers in top scientific journals and has presented his work at conferences around the world.
Arash Ghalehgolabbehbahani obtained his Master’s Degree in Agroecology and Sustainable Agriculture from Shahid Beheshti University. He pursued further studies and received his Ph.D. degree in Agroecology and Sustainable Agriculture from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. His work experience includes roles as a Director of Research at Rodale Institute since February 2022, an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Vermont since January 2022, a Research Associate at the University of
Vermont College of Agriculture and Life Sciences from February 2020 to February 2022, a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Vermont from June 2015 to February 2020, and an organic inspector at CERES Parsi from September 2013 to May 2014.
