Prof. Dr. Jun-Feng Yin serves as Team Chief at the Tea Processing Engineering Research Center, Tea Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China. He is the Deputy Director of the Tea Deep Processing Professional Committee of the China Tea Society. He graduated from Zhejiang Gongshang University in tea/food science and received a Ph.D. His research interests include tea product flavor chemistry and processing and utilization technology.
