Hiroshi Hayashi has been a medical doctor at the Department of Hematology/Oncology in the Tokyo Metropolitan Children’s Medical Center in Japan since 2022. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from Keio University in 2017. From 2017 to 2019, he worked as a Junior Resident at Kameda Medical Center. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from The University of Tokushima and underwent subspecialty clinical training at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX for two years. After returning to Japan, he worked at the National Cancer Center as a principal investigator for various clinical trial projects. Dr. Makimoto’s main research area revolves around developmental therapeutics for pediatric sarcoma, neuroblastoma, and brain tumors.
Yuki Yuza is a Chief Consultant at the Department of Hematology/Oncology at Tokyo Metropolitan Children’s Medical Center in Japan. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Yamagata University in 1993 and his Doctor of Philosophy degree from The Jikei University in 2007.
