Dr. Lingwen Xu is a pharmacist-in-charge at the Shandong Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences. After receiving his bachelor's degree from the Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dr. Xu obtained his master’s in July 2020 and doctoral degrees in July 2023 from Tianjin Medical University and Peking Union Medical College, respectively. Currently, he works at the Shandong Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences, mainly engaged in anti-tumor drug design and synthesis, new drug development, and bioactivity evaluation.

Xiangyu Kong is a Senior Engineer at the Shandong Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences; after receiving his bachelor’s degree from Shandong First Medical University in 2007, Xiangyu Kong has been engaged in chemical drug research and development at Taige Medicine Technology Co. In November 2014, he joined the Shandong Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences to work on the development and translation of new drugs.

Xinzhi Li has been an engineer at the Shandong Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences since 2018, focusing on new drug design and drug synthesis technology research. He studied at the Hunan University of Science and Technology from 2006 to 2010, majoring in chemistry. He worked as a drug synthesis technology researcher at Qilu Pharmaceutical from 2010 to 2013 and as a drug synthesis researcher at Shandong Mingren Freda from 2013 to 2018.

Bin Zhang has been an engineer at the Shandong Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences since 2018, focusing on new drug design and drug synthesis technology research. He studied at Texas College for his undergraduate degree from 2009 to 2013, majoring in chemical engineering and technology, and studied for his master's degree at the Shenyang University of Technology from 2013 to 2016, focusing on the synthesis and application of new materials. Bin Zhang worked as an organic synthesis researcher at Pharmaron Chemical New Drug Technology Co., Ltd. from 2016 to 2018.

Yuxiao Deng serves as deputy chief pharmacist at the Shandong Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He received his bachelor’s degree from Weifang Medical College in July 2010 and his master’s degree from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology in July 2013. In scientific research work, Yuxiao Deng joined the Shandong Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2013 and has been committed to chemical drug research and development.

Jinhu Wang is deputy director of pharmacy at the Shandong Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He received his bachelor's degree from Shandong University in July 2005 and joined the Shandong Pharmaceutical Industry Research Institute in the same year to engage in drug development and analysis. Jinhu Wang joined the Shandong Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences in November 2014 to research drug analysis and mass spectrometry.

Prof. Chonggang Duan is the Chief of Pharmacy and Vice President of the Shandong Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Prof. Duan received his bachelor’s degree from Shandong University and his master’s and doctoral degrees from Shandong University in 1994 and 2008, respectively. Prof. Duan has been engaged in new drug synthesis and development at the Shandong Pharmaceutical Industry Research Institute and joined the Shandong Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2014 to continue his work in new drug development, translation, and scientific research.

Prof. Daizhou Zhang is the Chief of Pharmacy and President of the Shandong Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Prof. Zhang received his bachelor’s degree from the Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and his master's degree from the Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2002. Prof. Zhang studies innovative drug research and development at the Shandong Pharmaceutical Industry Research Institute. In 2014, Prof. Zhang joined the Shandong Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences to continue researching innovative drug design, development, and translation.

Wentao Liu is a Senior Engineer at the Shandong Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Wentao Liu received his bachelor’s degree from the Shandong Institute of Light Industry in 2002 and his master’s degree from Shandong University in 2005. In his research, he has worked on new drug development and translation at the Shandong Institute of Biopharmaceuticals from 2005 to 2014. He joined the Institute of Chemical Drugs of Shandong Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2014 to continue to work on new drug design and development.
