Sang Chul Park received his bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, and Ph.D. from Seoul National University in 1973, 1975, and 1980, respectively. Currently, he is the Chair Professor at the Seoul School of Integrated Sciences and Technologies, the Research Chair Professor at Chonnam National University, and the President of the Korea Support Committee for IVI. His research areas include the mechanism of aging and longevity and the sociology of life.
Prof. Dr. Seung-Rock Lee is a Professor at the Department of Biochemistry, Chonnam National University Medical School in Gwangju, the Republic of Korea. His research interest is to understand redox homeostasis and human diseases and his main projects are about the redox regulation of PTEN and PTPs in cell signaling and diseases, the enzyme activity and function of the selenoproteins mTrxR and Sel O, and natural redox compounds such as ascorbic acid glycosides.
