Enrico Maria Mosconi is a Full Professor Technology and Management of production, Operation management and Quality assurance, and Chairman of the Master's degree in Circular Economy at the Department of Economics, Engineering, Society and Business Organization of the Università degli Studi della Tuscia, Viterbo, Italy. He is director and member of scientific and editorial committees in the area of Circular Economy, Innovation Technologies, and Production. He obtained a Ph.D. in Commodity Sciences from the Commodity Science Department of the Faculty of Economics at "La Sapienza University" of Rome. Author of more than 100 publications* in Technology, Commodity Science and Financial issues. Scientific activity is focused on three mainstream of research: Technology evaluation and corporate innovation strategies; Environmental aspects and production processes: economic study and implementation of new organizational models; Quality instruments for the enterprise innovation management.
Marco Marconi is an Associate Professor of Design Methods and Tools for Industrial Engineering at the Department of Economics, Engineering, Society and Business Organization of the Università degli Studi della Tuscia, Viterbo, Italy. He obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering in 2005, a Master's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering in 2007 and a PhD in Industrial Engineering in 2017 at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Mathematical Sciences of Università Politecnica delle Marche, Ancona, Italy. In October 2017, he joined the Università degli Studi della Tuscia as Assistant Professor (RTD-a), then as Tenure Track Assistant Professor (RTD-b) from December 2019. In December 2022, he was promoted to Associate Professor. In November 2018, he obtained the Italian Scientific qualification (ASN) as Full Professor for the scientific sector “09/A3 – Industrial Design, Machine Construction and Metallurgy”. He is the coordinator of the Bachelor's Degree Course in Design, Università degli Studi della Tuscia. Since 2020, he has been a member of the board of professors of the PhD in Engineering for Energy and Environment, Viterbo, Italy. He is currently the department referent for job placement. His research topics regard product disassembly and end-of-life recovery (reuse, remanufacturing, recycling); tools and methods for ecodesign and design for circular economy; tools for managing digital and sustainable manufacturing; lifecycle engineering (LCA, LCC).
