Francesco Corallo graduated in Clinical Psychology from the University of Palermo, specializing in Systemic Relational Psychotherapy, with a Level II Master’s Degree in Management of Healthcare Companies. Since 2009, he has worked as a researcher at the IRCCS Centro Neurolesi Bonino-Pulejo in Messina, Italy. He is also a clinical research expert in the field of neuroscience, a PI, and a collaborator on research projects regarding severe brain injuries acquired (GCA). He has participated as a speaker in 12 national and international conferences, presenting works in the fields of GCA and neurodegenerative diseases. Furthermore, he deals with training relating to internships by collaborating with universities throughout Italy. For the EASY-NET program, he is a project collaborator for WP7 Sicily.
Placido Bramanti graduated with a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Messina. He is Professor of Applied Medical and Technical Sciences at the e-Campus University. He is Emeritus Scientific Director at the IRCCS Centro Neurolesi Bonino-Pulejo, Messina, Italy. He has authored more than 900 publications and 7 patents. His primary areas of study are neuroscience, neuropharmacology, inflammation, immunology, and spinal cord injury.
Alessia Bramanti obtained her Ph.D. in Advanced Technologies, Optoelectronics, Photonics, and Electromagnetic Modeling from the University of Messina in 2012. She is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Medicine, Surgery, and Dentistry at the University of Salerno in Baronissi, Italy. Her expertise is in the fields of leukoaraiosis, cerebrovascular disease, geriatric depression, transcranial doppler, hypoperfusion, and neurosonology.
