Dr. Loredana Marcolongo is a Researcher at the Research Institute on Terrestrial Ecosystems (IRET), Italian National Research Council (CNR). Her research interests are the characterization and use of enzymes from thermophilic and mesophilic microorganisms used for the degradation of several biomasses with high lignocellulosic content and the recovery of oligosaccharides, for use in several industrial fields.
