Author Biographies

Lorna G Hamilton is Associate Professor of Developmental Psychology at York St John University. Her research focuses on neurodiversity in educational contexts across the lifespan, and especially the contextual factors that impact educational and mental health outcomes for neurodivergent children and young people. Lorna's research is funded by the Sir Halley Stewart Trust, the National Institute for Health Research, and the British Psychology Society. She increasingly uses participatory methods, working with children and young people to identify priorities for research and intervention.
