Gaydaa Al-Zohbi is currently an assistant professor at Prince Mohamed Bin Fahd University in Al Khobar, KSA. Ghida has been a full member of the Renewable Energy Institute since October 2021. In 2015, she received a PhD degree in Engineering Sciences and Technology from the Brussels School of Engineering, Université Libre de Bruxelles in Brussels, Belgium. In 2017, she worked as a research member in the International Energy Agency (IEA), PVPS Task 15-subtask B on the identification, benchmarking, and development of business models of BIPV products in different regions and countries. She works as a consultant on many projects on wind energy, PV and CPV, air-compressed energy storage and pumped hydro storage systems, and hydrogen generation and storage. She is a reviewer for various MDPI journals, the Journal of Energy, and the Journal of Sustainability.
