Prof. Morteza Hadi has 15 years of experience in academia and industry and has published more than 40 peer-reviewed and conference proceedings articles. Since receiving his Ph.D. in Materials Science from Isfahan University of Technology, he has managed more than 10 research projects worth nearly US$400,000 funded by various agencies in Iran, and has been working on intermetallic materials such as TiAl, Ni3Al and FeAl compounds for more than 10 years and on improving the mechanical, oxidation and wear properties of tungsten carbide (WC-Cermets) for more than 8 years. He also has experience in advanced processes such as Selective Laser Melting (SLM), Direct Laser Deposition, Plasma Sintering and Vacuum Melting.
