Siyuan Liang received her Bachelor’s Degree in medicine from Central South University in 2018 and her Master’s Degree in medicine from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2021. She is now pursuing her Doctor’s Degree in Dentistry at Heidelberg University. Her research topics mainly include head and neck cancer and oncology.

Prof. Dr. Jochen Hess works at the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, the Experimental and Translational Head and Neck Oncology Section, University Hospital Heidelberg, Heidelberg, Germany. He studied at Heidelberg University and at the University of Würzburg. He is a member of the Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (GBM), the Interdisciplinary Working Group for Head and Neck Tumours from the German Cancer Society (IAG-KHT), and the German Society of Otorhinolaryngology (DGHNO). His research interests include head and neck cancers.
