Sidi Ahmed Mahmoudi is currently working as a Professor at the University of Mons. He received a graduate engineering degree in computer science from the University of Tlemcen. He got his Master’s degree in Multimedia Processing at the University of Tours in 2018 and completed his PhD studies at the University of Mons, respectively. His research interests are focused on the efficient exploitation of parallel (GPU) and heterogeneous (Multi-CPU/Multi-GPU) architectures for faster processing of high-definition images and videos. He has participated in several national (ARC-OLIMP, Numédiart, Slowdio, Comptoux, CLEO, and FEDER IDEES) projects and European actions (COST IC 805 and COST NESUS IC1305). He has 62 publications with 782 citations and an h-index of 16 (Scopus, 14 December 2023).
Mostapha Zbakh is an Associate Professor at the Department of Communication Networks, ENSIAS (National School of Computer Science and System Analysis), Mohammed V University in Rabat. He completed his PhD in Computer Sciences from the Polytechnic Faculty of Mons at Mohammed I University in 2001. He is also the President of the Moroccan Association of Cloud Computing. He has 51 publications with 316 citations and an h-index of 7 (Scopus, 14 December 2023). His research interests include distributed and parallel systems, high performance computing (HPC), big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc.
