Chih-Yu Chen is an Associate Professor of the International
Ph.D. Program in Biomedical Engineering and the Department of Orthopedic
Surgery, Taipei Medical University. He is also an Associate Executive Officer
at the Biodesign Center, Taipei Medical University, and a Deputy Director at
the Department of Medical Research, Taipei Medical University Shuang Ho
Hospital. He received his M.D. at the School of Medicine, Taipei Medical
University in 2003 and earned his Ph.D. at the Department of Biomedical Engineering,
National Yang-Ming University in 2017. He was an Instructor at the Department
of Orthopedic Surgery, Taipei Medical University (2012–2018) and received a
position as an Assistant Professor in 2018. He was an Assistant Professor at the
Graduate Institute of Biomedical Optomechatronics, Taipei Medical University (February–June
2020) and an Assistant Professor at the International Ph.D. Program in
Biomedical Engineering, Taipei Medical University (July 2020–July 2022).
