Kinga Pielichowska is the Head of the Department of Biomaterials, Faculty of Materials Science and Ceramics, AGH University of Krakow. Kinga Pielichowska received an M.Sc. in Chemical Technology and a Ph.D. in Chemical Technology at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology, Cracow University of Technology in 2001 and 2004, respectively, and earned a D.Sc. in Chemical Technology at the Faculty of Materials Science and Ceramics, AGH University of Science and Technology in 2016. Kinga Pielichowska is also a member of the Polish Society of Calorimetry and the Thermal Analysis and Polish Society for Biomaterials. Kinga Pielichowska’s research keywords include polymer blends and (nano)composites, thermal analysis of polymeric materials, polymeric thermal energy storage materials, crystallization of polymers, degradation of polymers, and polymeric biomaterials.
Krzysztof Pielichowski is a Professor and the Head of the Department of Polymer Chemistry and Technology, Cracow University of Technology. Krzysztof Pielichowski received an M.Sc. from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology, Plastics Technology, Cracow University of Technology in 1992 and earned the Dr. Eng. in Thermochemistry from the AGH University of Science and Technology in 1995. Krzysztof Pielichowski’s main research interests include
polymer (nano)composites and organic–inorganic hybrid materials, especially with POSS and nanocrystalline cellulose.
