Dr. Panagiotis Karampinas currently serves at
the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, National and Kapodistrian University
of Athens, KAT General Hospital. He received his Medical Doctoral Degree from Medical
School, University of Modena and Reggio Emiglia, in 2000, and his MSc in Bone
Metabolic Disorders from the KAT Hospitalkat Hospital in 2011. He obtained his
Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Orthopedic from the Medical School University
of Athens in 2014. He
specializes in the Hip and Knee, Primary and Revision Arthroplasty, Minimal
Invasion Surgery, and Super PATH technique. He also acquired great experience
as an EFORT / SICOT / HSS-NY fellow in Sports Medicine, Arthroscopic
techniques, and innovational hip and knee minimal invasion surgery. He is an
active member of EEXOT, KEOX, EAE, EEMO, EFORT, EHS, SICOT, and other Greek,
European, and international orthopedic societies and associations.
Vasileios Giannatos is an Orthopaedic Surgery Resident at the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, University General Hospital of Patra, Greece. He completed his M.D. at the University of Patras. Before his current role, he was an Orthopedics guest doctor at The University of Bonn. He is also a member of the Hellenic Arthroscopy Society.
