Md. Biddut Hossain received his Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Chungbuk National University, South Korea in 2024. He completed his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from Jashore University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh, in 2012 and 2014, respectively. Since 2014, he has been serving as an assistant programmer at the Republic Bangladesh government under several ministries. Additionally, he has been working as a research associate in the optical information processing (OIP) laboratory, South Korea. His current research interests are artificial intelligence, deep learning, medical imaging, computer vision, and IoT.

Rupali Kiran Shinde has been a Ph.D. student in Information and Communication Engineering at Chungbuk National University, Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do, Republic of Korea since September 2018. She completed her Master of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering at Changwon National University, Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do, Republic of Korea from 2016 to 2018 and her Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology at YTCM College, Karjat at the University of Mumbai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India from 2008 to 2012. Her research interests include blockchain, digital badge, open badge, Bitcoin, Ethereum and mask detection.

Sukhoon Oh received a B.Sc. degree in biomedical engineering from Konkuk University, South Korea, in 1998 and M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in biomedical engineering from Kyunghee University, South Korea, in 2002 and 2006, respectively. In 2006, he joined the Center for NMR Research, Pennsylvania State University, PA, USA, as a post-doctoral fellow. From 2008 to 2012, he was a research associate (full-time faculty) at the Department of Radiology, Pennsylvania State University, PA, USA. In 2012, he continued his research at New York University, NY, USA, as a research scientist until he moved to Samsung Electronics, South Korea, in 2013. At Samsung Electronics, he participated in the development projects for a 3 T MRI system. Since 2016, he has been working at Korea Basic Science Institute, South Korea, as a senior researcher. His research interests include the RF safety assessments for high-field MRI systems. For that, he has been conducting various EM field simulations, electric properties mapping, and MR thermometry experiments involving RF coils in phantoms and in vivo.

Ki-Chul Kwon received his Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Chungbuk National University in 2005. Since 2014, he has been a research professor at the School of Information and Communication Engineering at Chungbuk National University. His current research interests are 3D visualization systems for microscopes, 3D display and image processing, light field microscopy, and computer vision.

Nam Kim received his Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, in 1988. Since 1989, he has been a professor at the School of Information and Communication Engineering at Chungbuk National University. From 1992 to 1993, he spent one year as a visiting researcher in Dr. Goodman’s group at Stanford University. In addition, he attended Caltech as a visiting professor from 2000 to 2001. He is interested in 3D display and visualization systems; 3D medical imaging systems; 3D image processing and applications based on stereoscopic, holography, integral imaging techniques; and diffractive optics.
