Andrea Ciavattini is a professor at the Universita Politecnica delle Marche. Prof. Ciavattini served as vice-president of the Italian Society for Colposcopy and Cervico-Vaginal Pathology (SICPCV), a member of the Advisory Board of the European Federation for Colposcopy (EFC), and co-founder of the AddiSurgery-UNIVPM spin-off. Prof. Ciavattini has published 248 scientific publications in peer-reviewed and indexed international journals with an impact factor. Prof. Ciavattini’s research topics mainly include complex benign gynecological disease, gynecological surgery, pre-malignant and malignant gynecological diseases, gynecological prevention, and the relationship between benign and pre-malignant gynecological disease and pregnancy.
