Dr. Jeffrey R. Stout is currently a Professor and Founding Director of the School of Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. He earned his Master's and Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology at the University of Nebraska in 1992 and 1995, respectively. Dr. Stout is a Fellow of prestigious organizations such as the National Academy of Kinesiology, the American College of Sports Medicine, the International Society of Sports Nutrition, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Over his 30-year career, he has co-authored over 330 peer-reviewed publications, authored nine books, and contributed to 13 book chapters on topics including nutrition, exercise performance, and body composition in individuals of all ages.
Dr. David H. Fukuda is currently a Professor in the Division of Kinesiology at the University of Central Florida. His research interests include the development of performance-based testing methodologies, the analysis of physiological profiles in athletes, and the assessment of adaptations to exercise training and nutritional interventions in varying populations. He has received Fellow status from the American College of Sports Medicine (FACSM) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (FNSCA).
