Margherita
Di Costanzo is a researcher at the University of Parma (Parma, Italy) and a
pediatrician at the Department of Pediatrics and Neonatology, Guglielmo da
Saliceto Hospital, Piacenza, Italy. She has been appointed consultant in
Pediatric Allergology and referral physician for Pediatric Gastroenterology.
She is currently in charge and responsible for the Pediatric Allergy,
Gastroenterology and Nutrition Outpatient Clinic. She received her Degree in Medicine
and Surgery, Postdoc Degree in Pediatrics and PhD in Clinical and Experimental
Medicine, with a Curriculum in Pediatric Translational Sciences. Her research
interests include pediatric allergy, pediatric food allergy, probiotics, gut
microbiota, pediatric gastroenterology, allergology and nutrition. Her

Giacomo Biasucci graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Milan, where he also achieved his post-graduate degree in Pediatrics, and in Neonatology. He has become Head of the Pediatrics & Neonatology Unit and of the Mother and Child Health Department at Guglielmo da Saliceto Hospital in Piacenza, Italy since 1999. Recently, he has been appointed as Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Parma, Italy. His main fields of interest are Inborn Errors of Metabolism, Pediatric Eating Disorders and Pediatric Nutrition. He has been serving as a guest editor of international journals and as a board member of several reputed journals.
