Dr. Jelena Petrović is a Research Associate at the Institute for Technology of Nuclear and Other Raw Materials. She finished her MS studies at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, University of Novi Sad, in 2011 and her Doctoral studies at the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade, ended in 2017. Her investigations are based on the implementation and optimization of the hydrothermal carbonization process to valorize agricultural residues into value-added products.
Dr. Marija Ercegović is a Principal Research Fellow at the Institute for Technology of Nuclear and Other Mineral Raw Materials. She obtained a PhD and a MSc in Biophysical Chemistry at the Faculty of Physical Chemistry, University of Belgrade. Her research interests include hydrothermal carbonization, hydrochars, carbon, biosorption, isotherms, aqueous solution, biochar, etc.
Dr. Marija Simić is a Doctoral Researcher at the Institute for Technology of Nuclear and Other Mineral Raw Materials. She obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Analytical Chemistry at the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, Belgrade, Serbia. Her research interests include analytical chemistry, analytical skills, water treatment, and plating.
Dr. Marija Koprivica is a Research Associate at the Institute for Technology of Nuclear
and Other Mineral Raw Materials. She obtained a PhD and a MSc of Chemistry in Analytical
Chemistry at the University of Belgrade. Her research interests include biomass
conversion, material characterization, hydrothermal carbonization, pyrolysis,
environmental biotechnology, waste management, remediation technologies, etc.
Jelena Dimitrijević is a Research Assistant at the Institute for Technology of Nuclear and Other Raw Materials. She finished her MS studies at the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade in 2017, and began Doctoral studies at the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade in 2018. The research field includes the implementation of zeolite and its structural modification.
Aleksandar Jovanović is a Research Assistant at the Institute for
Technology of Nuclear and Other Raw Materials. He finished his MS
studies at the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade, in 2020, and in
the same year, began his Doctoral studies at the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy,
University of Belgrade. His research field includes wastewater treatment and the degradation of organic pollutants by implementing composite photocatalysts.
Dr. Jovana Janković Pantić is a Research Assistant at the Faculty of Mining and Geology, University of Belgrade. She also obtained a Master of Science (MSc) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) at the Department of Geotechnics, Faculty of Mining And Geology, University of Belgrade. She finished her Doctoral studies at the Faculty of Mining and Geology this year (2023). Her research interests include geoenvironmental engineering, field geology, geotechnical engineering, waste, geotechnics, soil mechanics, geomechanics, and engineering geology.
