Prof. Grzegorz P. Łysiak is a Professor at the Department of Ornamental Plants, Dendrology and Pomology, Faculty of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture, Poznan University of Life Sciences, Poznań, Poland. He received his Doctor of Agricultural Sciences in the field of Horticulture, awarded by the Council of the Faculty of Horticulture, Agricultural University in 1997. He does research in Food Science, Fruit Processing, Fruit Production, Fruit Storage, Plant Protection, Horticulture, and Agricultural Plant Science.
