Lei Wang is a professor at the School of Psychological and Cognitive Sciences, Peking University. He earned his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in psychology at Peking University in 1985, 1988, and 1997, respectively. He mainly focuses on the study of organizational psychology, human resource assessment technology/human resource management and development, leadership and management skills, organization motivation, team management and development, and work stress management. His lab also performs research on consumer behavior and emotion—cognition, emotional intelligence, self-concept, and personality structure.
